Saturday & Sunday – Times: 10am – 11.40am DAYS

£10 Admission Fee, £300 Annual Fee, payable in full or in two terms.

CURRICULUM 

Qalam Academy uses Safar Qa’idah. Progression is based on a 7-level system that we have devised so that progression is monitored and handled correctly.  Upon completion of the Qa’idah, students progress to Juz ʿAmma and thereafter, the Qurʿān.

A heavy emphasis is placed on the correct recitation of the Qurʿān so children are tested regularly on the Tajweed rules.  Alongside this, children memorise Kalimaat, Salah, Surahs & Du’aas.

We use ‘An Nasihah Publications’ for our Islamic studies which covers Fiqh, Hadith, Seerah, Taareekh, Aqaa’id, Akhlaaq & Aadaab.

We also facilitate for anybody interested in Hifz, so if you are interested please refer to the ‘Hifz pre-admission guidelines’ available in the office.

Our Islamic education is extremely well structured and our comprehensive curriculum is followed by mid & end of year exams.
